LONDON, UK – May 23, 2025 – Zero100, a leading supply chain intelligence firm, has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.

The annual list, which celebrates top employers across the UK, recognizes organizations that excel in workplace engagement, wellbeing, and employee satisfaction. Zero100 has been honoured for its outstanding commitment to building an empowering, purpose-driven culture.

Olly Sloboda, Chief Executive Officer of Zero100, said:

Our mission is to help the world’s largest and most vital companies build more resilient, agile, and responsive supply chains, and it’s our people who power this mission. We’re proud to be recognized not just for what we do, but how we do it – by fostering a workplace where curiosity, creativity, and care are foundational.”

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work award uses 26 questions from an employee engagement survey designed and managed by WorkL. The questions were developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics, and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing, and discretionary effort in the workplace.

To achieve its ranking, Zero100 scored highly across all six pillars of employee engagement: reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.

Sloboda continued:

The inclusion in the Sunday Times list reflects our tireless focus on creating a people-first culture, one where every team member feels empowered and able to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of supply chain transformation.”

In just over three years, Zero100 has grown to a 60+ team across the UK and US. Its recruitment and career development programs have attracted and retained world-class talent with a 50/50 female to male split, including within its most senior levels.

Lord Mark Price, Founder of WorkL, said:

Many congratulations to those featured in the 2025 Sunday Times Best Places to Work list, powered by WorkL. The recognised organisations lead the way in employee experience and will now benefit from improved retention and recruitment for the year ahead.”

Zoe Thomas, editor of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, said:

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list is the UK’s biggest survey of employee engagement, compiled in partnership with workplace expert WorkL. Spanning a raft of sectors and located throughout the UK, the organisations in this year’s list range from innovative start-ups with a handful of employees to big multinational corporations staffed by thousands. These organisations know that happy employees are the superpower helping them thrive.”
