Frequently Asked Questions

Our process usually involves one or two initial screening calls to evaluate core skills, followed by a virtual or in‑person interview loop where you’ll meet with some of the people you’d work with.   

These interviews are designed to explore how your experience and approach align with our Guiding Principles, as well as the requirements of the role. For some positions, there may also be a technical task or assessment as part of the process. 

We do offer visa sponsorship, but only for certain roles. This will be mentioned in the job posting.

Our UK headquarters are in London, between Holborn and Covent Garden stations and our NYC office is based just off Park Avenue. Plus some team members are based remotely across the US.

We work four days a week in the office to enhance teamwork and build stronger connectivity and trust.
